Anping Baizhou Hardware Mesh Network, leveraging its mature industrial grating mass-production capabilities and end-to-end fulfillment service system, has established supply collaboration with local manufacturing enterprises in Shanxi to undertake a factory platform upgrade project, delivering steel grating for a 6,000㎡ workshop maintenance platform. The original old-style solid steel plate platform was excessively heavy and had poor drainage and dust-removal performance; accumulated workshop moisture and dust accelerated plate corrosion, while inadequate anti-slip properties often led to workplace collisions and injuries. The client aimed to reduce the platform’s weight and civil engineering load through grating panels, enhance workshop traffic safety, and lower long-term maintenance costs. Our CAD designers customized panel specifications by segmenting according to the maintenance load requirements of different workshop areas; in high-traffic zones, we selected serrated anti-slip surfaces to mitigate risks of slipping and collisions in wet conditions. All finished products underwent meticulous hot-dip galvanizing for corrosion protection against workshop moisture and dust. Relying on our own standardized production lines, we arranged orderly production schedules and, after completing multi-dimensional factory inspections, delivered the goods to the site. The panel’s snap-fit assembly method shortened on-site platform renovation time, while the mesh openings naturally drained workshop water and dispersed scattered dust, slowing down plate corrosion and aging. Compared to solid steel plates, the panels’ self-weight was reduced by approximately 65%, thereby alleviating the original steel structure’s load-bearing burden. Following the platform upgrade, workshop traffic safety improved significantly, maintenance frequency for plate corrosion was optimized, and the plant’s civil engineering load was reduced. The factory has designated Baizhou as the official supplier for future grating products in its expansion and renovation projects, steadily building a strong reputation among customers in the North China manufacturing plant-platform market.
