Anping Baizhou Hardware Mesh Industry has been deeply engaged in the municipal infrastructure steel grating supply sector. Leveraging its mature non-standard customization capabilities and stringent quality control processes, it undertook a supply order for an urban waterfront landscape municipal walkway in Hunan, successfully completing the production, inspection, and delivery of a total of 5,000㎡ of outdoor walkway panels. As the municipal construction entity, the client not only required the panels to meet basic load-bearing and anti-slip performance standards for daily pedestrian use but also imposed rigorous specifications regarding the walkway’s aesthetic uniformity, rust and corrosion resistance in waterfront settings, and rapid drainage capacity during the rainy season. The project timeline was constrained by the city’s urban landscape opening schedule, placing significant pressure on timely delivery. During project implementation, our CAD designers segmented panel dimensions according to the curved alignment of the waterfront walkway, ensuring consistent seam alignment to maintain visual harmony; the base material underwent thickened hot-dip galvanizing for enhanced corrosion protection against coastal moisture; relying on our own inventory production capacity, we scheduled deliveries in batches aligned with municipal construction milestones; and upon leaving the factory, finished products underwent multi-point inspections covering slip resistance coefficients, load-bearing strength, and anti-corrosion coating thickness. The grid-type walkway panels enable swift drainage of accumulated water, while the serrated surface reduces the risk of pedestrian slips on rainy days. Modular components significantly shortened on-site paving timelines, helping the waterfront landscape walkway open to the public on schedule. The superior appearance, durable performance, and punctual fulfillment of contractual obligations earned high praise from the municipal construction authority, leading to subsequent long-term cooperation opportunities for local urban pocket parks and drainage grates for riverside auxiliary roads, thereby expanding Baizhou’s reputation in the Central China municipal infrastructure market.
