Anping Baizhou Hardware Mesh Industry, leveraging its mature pressure-welding mass-production process and comprehensive warehousing and logistics support, has established supply partnerships with local industrial park development entities in Shandong, delivering 3,000㎡ of steel grating for the park’s outdoor access and drainage paving areas. Previously, the park’s outdoor areas used solid hardened flooring, which tended to accumulate water and mud during the rainy season, becoming slippery and increasing the risk of collisions; moreover, debris buildup placed additional strain on cleaning efforts. The client sought to replace the flooring with grating panels that would enable natural water permeation and reduce routine maintenance workload, while also meeting the load-bearing standards required for both trucks and pedestrian traffic within the park. In response, we conducted CAD layout and material allocation based on the varying load requirements of different zones within the park, tailoring panel specifications accordingly. For main access routes, we selected serrated anti-slip steel grating to enhance safety in rainy or snowy conditions. All panels underwent uniform hot-dip galvanizing for corrosion resistance, ensuring durability under outdoor exposure to sun and rain. Relying on our factory’s existing inventory, we shortened the production cycle and, after completing load-bearing and corrosion-resistance testing, delivered the products to the project site in batches. The grid openings naturally drain rainwater and allow sand and debris to pass through, effectively reducing standing water and dust accumulation, while the snap-fit installation system significantly shortens on-site paving time. Following delivery, issues such as slippery surfaces due to standing water and difficulties in maintaining cleanliness were substantially alleviated, leading to a reduction in the park’s operational labor costs. As a result, the client designated Baizhou as the preferred supplier for grating products in the second-phase expansion of the park, further strengthening our market reputation in the Shandong region for industrial park infrastructure solutions.
